Tom-
The license to produce G* handsets is with Orbital, a subsidiary of ericy which means is semantics. The key is still that neither Orbital or ericy has a land-base cdma license yet.

Daniel, you crack me up!

Tom,

I'm not sure which, but there were 2 possible confusing things in that message...

1) The contract was between Ericsson OMC Ltd. and Globalstar.

2) That's Ericsson Orbitel Mobile Communications Limited, sometimes just known as Orbitel. Not to be confused with Orbital Sciences Company, often just known as Orbital, (which is how Caxton spelled it) which is a space technology and satellite services company.

Caxton, hope you don't consider this bitching... I didn't mention the "C" word even once....
