pc:

More noise from BIV -
The release didn't identify the astute investor,
nor did it mention additional terms of the private placement,
which, btw, hasn't closed & remains subject to regulatory approval.

After legal fees, finders' fees, etc you shouldn't expect all of
$150K to hit the bank. So working capital will increase,
and in the absence of more sales, those funds will be consumed
by operating costs. Then what?

Do you think those share are freely trading when issued? I don't.
Anyone eager to invest $150K in BIV could just call their
broker and put in an order. What convinced this investor to commit
to an illiquid, restricted security of an undercapitalized BIV?
There was some kid of sweetener - an inducement to invest.
Probably some warrants, rights or other entitlements.

Don't forget, the $ isn't in the BankBIV yet.
Deals get negotiated until the dollars have a movement.
A burp at BIV could upset a prospective deal closing.
This isn't a good time to get indigestion.

Good Luck to all

pc,
Could you, or somebody else, please post this news release (or at least the most important sections). Is it posted on the BCB web site?
Does it mention how many shares this person got for his 150k ?
Does it mention any other special inducements?
Thanks a lot.
George.
