Hi Philipah; actually most of the money will likely go to BIV. As mentioned the buyer could have gone to the market, which would have raised the price!, cost brokerage and done nothing for BIV. Since these would have been already issued market shares. (As opposed to newly minted treasury shares) It sounds like a fan or friend of the company has come through with a quick cash infusion with no muss or fuss. Obviously there will be dilution. There are probably not any undisclosed sweeteners, failure to state them in the news release could be construed as misrepresentation of material facts. Later Keith
