Mike,
It seems as though now some of the tough questions are being asked to you and you are disappearing for the weekend? We are really confused by this $0.20 - $3.00 thing. Please fill me in. I am just a beginner at this investing thing, so please help.

Also, if you are here to help us, please do so - I was not aware we are in a crisis. What is the crisis?

Thanks,
DAVE

Sorry, everyone. But I feel like I've got to say something. Now I'll disappear again. Good luck all.

Michael:

I would like to respond to your recent barrage of allegations, as I find your approach to "crisis" resolution reprehensible. You obviously have been scorned, and you have an ax to grind with Joe Murphy - but this is hardly the place to do it.

If you had a grievance with some legal "teeth", I think that you would be pursuing your case through those channels. You have made it abundantly clear in the past that you won't hesitate to bring legal action against someone when you have been wronged. Therefore, I have to assume that your "crisis" is personal, without a strong legal basis. This would certainly explain why you continue to make these thinly veiled accusations without providing any specific evidence.

In my opinion, you are trying to bait Joe Murphy into a confrontation on this thread so that you can have a public airing of your frustrations. I, for one, hope that he continues to avoid this matter as I feel that this is not the place to address your issues.

I don't know what happened between you and Joe, but I became very concerned about your attitude back in February when you started to publicly oppose him on the buyout. I was one of the one's who spoke against you on that matter, and I felt that you were way out of line. I would definitely characterize your actions as insubordination, and if Joe "tossed" you for that reason I would totally support that decision.

What bothers me most is that you seem "hell-bent" on getting revenge at any cost. Even if it means hurting a lot of innocent people who happen to get in the way. And, yet, in the midst of all this you have the "balls" (pardon me) to tell us that you are doing all this for us. "Trust me, believe me. Even though I'm not giving you any good reason why you should." And then, you turn on anyone who disagrees with you and accuse them of being a mindless "Mooney".

I, for one, am much more inclined to believe Joe Murphy at this point: First, he has done everything he said he was going to do over the last 5 months that I have followed this company (though not always getting the desired response; but, that's not his fault). That's hardly blind faith. Second, I'm here to make money, not give you a platform to deal with your personal "issues". You come here slamming the company that we all are invested in to make money, and then you expect us to jump on board you bandwagon and turn against Joe? (I would strongly suggest that you not pursue a career in public relations!!) As someone else already pointed out, I think that you are shooting yourself in the foot here. Do you think that DCI is going to be more inclined to deal with you now?? I doubt it very much.

This is my advice: if you have a legal grievance, then use the channels that have been established to deal with those matters. If you don't have a legal grievance, then we're talking about sour grapes here. I, for one, frankly don't care if you feel hurt. You have done nothing to enlist my sympathy, you insult anyone who disagrees with you and you are making baseless accusations that are clearly going to hurt a company that I have my money invested in.

I think that it's "put up or shut up time". If you have something to say, then say it. In plain English. In specific detail. If you can't do that, then I assume that there is no legal "crisis" as you have suggested.

Michael Zwebner this my interpretation of your current situation.
After being an entrepreneur for several years you found it very arduous being an
employee. You and your brother Charles reluctantly sold to DCTC to avoid the
competition coming to the industry. You witnessed the consolidation of the sector
and deemed it crucial for expansion and further growth. Your CC was your life
most likely on your mind 24 hours a day. You enjoyed being the leader and calling
the shots concerning business decisions. You now are very unhappy that you sold
CC to Joe Murphy and the details of the legal agreement. You discovered that
you and your brother could have received a much better deal from DCTC or another
company.
You were very proud of your status overcoming your handicap with polio and forming
a company after many years of hard work. After the sale of Card Call you were
very enthusiastic in making the company grow until recently and made a hasty
decision and resigned from DCTC. You most likely have a non compete clause in
your legal contract with DCTC which prohibits you to act upon.
You would like to come back to DCTC rewriting the arrangement but Mr. Joe Murphy
"The Reverend Sun Yen Moon" is not responding to your personal needs.
Your legal advise from your attorney sides with Mr. Murphy and you are very emotionally
inverted. You cannot believe this has happened to you this is a nightmare.
I agree you and Mr. Murphy need to resolve the situation in a private manner for the
benefit of all associated with DCI and the shareholders.

Michael: In an attempt to pour a little oil on troubled waters, I clearly recall how much Joe respects your hard work in the past. He bragged on your ability to overcome your handicap on more than one occasion. Certainly you brought an insight into the European situation that Joe must greatly appreciate. Hopefully, you and Joe can come to a reasonable understanding as I'm sure you both want to see DCTC make a go of it. Legal steps would greatly hinder that.
