Mark/all, well IF this turns out to be around the bottom, I think this will become a text book case study in the power of merely repeating Class Action Lawsuit headlines to create the longest stealth accumulation/buying opp I've ever seen. IF when we can look back, that turns out to be true, I don't expect such a barrage of reannounced lawsuits to be as effective again.

thoughts/discussion anyone?
