Good Morning David,

And to all of the BANY shareholders here and abroad.....Some thoughts.

What is happening here is the development of a shareholder base in a little stock that has never had a real shareholder base. It started several months ago when a bunch of guys showed up here looking for a short squeeze story.....and then found an interesting near and long term story.....and decided to "invest"...rather than "play" this stock. It is fun to do the DD and to feel that you may have discovered a diamond in the rough. I think many of the larger holders feel this way. As the list of holders will show, the old guys are adding....while new people are making initial purchases. I think this is very, very good for Banyan. I think this is what the stock has been missing.

If you discuss BANY with Scott Sitra...(Banyan IR)...you will quickly find that the company does not want speculators and short term hit traders. They really are not in favor of hype. They want shareholders to have a longer term view....and believe BANY deserves a long term view. This is why they publish shareholder letters and such. I believe that Banyan must be pleased and very surprised at what is happening on this thread.

Anyhow.......I will be submitting the updated shareholder list this evening.....and suggest that those who are interested, print a hard copy to compare to last weeks list....which you will find back on the thread...with the post heading "shareholder list"......I'm certain you will see that this thing is gaining momentum.

Since this is my little accounting project......All of those who care to, should E-Mail me with any changes in status. The lack of selling reports is wonderful, but I know that there is selling....so I hope that folks will let me know both ways....And if those individuals who are holding more than 40k would be so kind as to just check in with me sometime this week..that would be great. I really do want this list to be a good yardstick.....as I use it to figure out how tight the stock must be getting. Hope to hear from many today. I will post the list at 7:00 Eastern time.

Thanks Klaus for reducing the float by 3.5% and congrats on getting that many at one price. I'm curious, was that an order you just put in and did you request "All or Nothing" or whatever would fill at that price? Can I assume it was a limit order?
Gimme these prices in a couple weeks and I'll add to my position. Don't know what else to do with this overtime money.

Anticipating the drama of this weekends cert drive update. If anyone cares to let me know I would be interested to know how long it takes to get your certs. It will be 2 weeks Monday since I called. Just curious to hear if there is consistency (receipt time) in the requests and/or delays. I'm still convinced that if the float can be substantially reduced we can still see a squeeze.

**** GET YOUR DAMN SHARES OFF THE STREET ****
