The real key to the TSE listings is for the Canadian Mutual fund industry, they will be clamoring to get stakes in a growing Canadian concern. There are benefits re:RRSP but these are much smaller in comparison, remember for RRSP's to hold common stocks they must be self-directed. Only 6% of RRSP's in Canada are self -directed.
For those who are Americans on this thread, RRSP is virtually the same as an IRA.

"RRSP" limitations - in Canada RRSP is our registered retirement savings plan - similar to your 401k or IRA account - the government has placed restrictions on the percentage (20%) that can be invested in securities or bonds etc outside of Canada. Therefore, the bulk of the money in RRSPs that is committed to the market is chasing a fairly limited range of securities. Therefore, having Jetform as a Canadian listed stock will probably drive the price up just by the added investment that can now be made by Canadian funds and individuals.
