What they could be sued for is their statements a few months back that "the company knows of no business reason for the decline in it's stock price." Umm, BULLSHIT?!? Since when is dilution from the conversion of preferred shares not a "business reason?"

Edwin, you can always sue. the question is will you win. regarding the disclosure, i don't have any company reports, so I will take your word for it. this is gross mismanagement, I cannot believe they gave the company away. this would piss me off to no end. these guys are gutless , spineless yellow belly weazles and I don't even own the stock. everytime they issued a release , they said everything was ok, bull shit.
