The Office of the presidency however is a mind set as well as a place. A man or woman that respects the office enough to feel the need to wear dress clothes says that he believes that to be right for the occasion.

Nonsense. It's where you work. Maybe awe-inspiring for the first few weeks, but after taht it's just an office. Gotta say, I have more respect for people who are comfortable in their environment, and dress accordingly. My GOD, I have no intention ever of dressing up for an OFFICE.

Yeah, I've dealt professionally with some MSFT people, and they're slobs. Don't seem to know the difference between dressing for normal work and for meeting New People, especially in Europe. But Bill (Clinton) can't be accused of that; he does dress appropriately for formal occasions. So: we're supposed to make a BFD of the fact that he and his staff like to wear jeans around the house?

C'mon.
