So, as I see it, FAMH will have several revenue streams adding to the bottom line in 1998:

1) The core staffing business
2) Payroll finance division
3) Workman's comp division
4) Growth of IT division
5) Three small acquisitions currently on the table
6) Morton Downey division <ggg>
7) Sell-off of ATXI assets (non-recurring)

Also,
NASDAQ listing gives FAMH several things:
1) Current BB market-makers that are shorting will have to cover before the reverse merger and issuance of new shares.
2) Tighter market-maker rules.
3) Increased exposure.
4) This will allow brokerage firms to recommend the stock.
5) This will allow "friendly" market makers to come on board.
6) This exposure may also allow FAMH to be looked upon as an eventual takeover candidate

The question I have for you now is this:
Do you think that FAMH will be trading at a lower price on
12/31/98 ?
The games have just begun!
