Need some help here folks... Can we talk? My situation:

I own 9000 shares @ .625= $5,625 invested.
After 1:4 rev. merger I have 2250 shares @ what price?

If the new share price isn't at least $2.50 then I lose. If the current share price of ATRX is @ 2 13/16 I guess I am O.K.

What is the specific event that converts the shares and adds FAMH to the NASDAQ, and is it imminent? What was the August date that I heard for Myriad financials, and will that delay the conversion?

With all of the events being discussed I'd just like to know which one actually takes us off the "Pink Sheets".

Thanks.

<<<<<Do you think that FAMH will be trading at a lower price on
12/31/98 ?

........only if they are in the kitchen cookin' the books. if everything is kosher, they should be MUCH higher in 9 months.

........the question becomes--how much do we trust ira and company? so far i am mildly enthused--have a small position (10,000+ shares)--but not ready to mortgage the house.
