Hi Brad:

<So, what are your thoughts as to where the company goes from here? There was talk earlier about being close to other contracts -- how realistic is that? Your comments, please, since you seem to be the most open and one of the most knowledgeable about this stock. And thanks for all your time on this thread.>

For other contracts we will have to wait and see what happens. It looks like ATF will begin shipping initial conversion kits to Mexico City sometime in June, if Kraus (another Canadian company) has the first NG station ready by then as anticipated. Once the initial order is completed the contact for MINIMUM 10,000 conversions per year over MAXIMUM 10 years will be completed.
We should hear more about the partnership with CEEL to distribute systems in the UK and Europe soon. They announced one engine of 10 had already been developed. They are presenting their Reverse Flow Catalyst, the Eagle and the Sparrow in Cologne in May at the World Alternative Fuel Convention. I also believe they may be negotiating with catalyst manufacturers already, but we will have to wait for announcements.

Thank you Tom for providing the link to Daewoo. If you have the latest annual report from AFS there is a nice summary of its work with Daewoo including "the DE-12 project was so successful that AFS has received the approval for extending project development to the new turbo charged DAEWOO DE-12TI engine." Two AFS-DDF-SC equipped DAEWOO buses were road tested in 1997.

Regards,
Bonnie
