That can't be right. A loss of .08 or $203,991 would mean there is apr. 2.55 million shs. What gives?

Jeff do you see anything under the notes in the report regarding convertable stock or debt.

The AT&T deal was not in effect the entire quarter. Actually, this has been posted quite a few times - you must have missed it. Although the deal was supposed to begin in November, in actuality, it began in the middle of December and was only in effect for half the quarter ending Jan. 31. The company - as well as several posters here - have said that the current quarter is profitable and it is the first quarter in which the AT&T deal was in operation from start to finish. Also, it was stated at the annual meeting in February that the shares outstanding are approximately 22-23 million. Hope this clears up some of your questions. In any event, you should really call the investor relations' department for more clarifying answers. I am sure they will be happy to respond.
