Trouble is, I suspect it doesn't really TASTE all taht good. (Though of course there's the Chinese fermented bean paste, a very necessary ingredient in most oriental cooking.) A coupla weeks ago I opened a can of beans, used half, and forgot to put the leftovers in the refrigerator. Wasn't hot in the house, but all the same the next morning there was rather smelly froth all over the place... Probably potent stuff, but not very appealing.
