Yes, Murdoch is himself conservative, in the way that only a self-made Aussie could be. Generally speaking, the owner of a newpaper can impose editorial policy. News, maybe no. It's fun for everyone to read the WSJ--incredibly conservative editorial page, but their news reporters are quite liberal. ALL information is in some sense interesting and valuable, but I am astonished at the utter crap that's posted on this thread as some form of "truth". The solemn report that an Unidentified Person had once met Clinton and felt EVIL emanating from him? God help us! Where's Jane when we need her? Even SHE has never proposed that Bill's demonically possessed.
