A few days ago, I posted to this group concerning the bungee in a T-2 wheel and how I could replace it. I mentioned that Thrustmaster has not helpful as I was the second owner of the wheel. I had not even tried to contact them, I had just read similar posts on here and the other Newsgroup. (Thank you for the responses by the way) Imagine my surprise when I recieved the Email below in my mailbox! They had
picked up my plea off this Newgroup and offered to help. I owe them an
apology for saying they weren't helpful. I guess you can't believe
everything you hear. I believe they have gone out of their way to in fact be helpful. I hope to buy a Nascar Pro Wheel sometime, but for now it's me and my T-2 !! Thanks Thrustmaster!

Their Mail:

Mr. Gregory, I see from your post that we may not have been helpful. Did you email us? We don't have any standard policy about not helping people who may not be the original owner so I would like to figure this out to prevent it from happening again in the future.. If you would like to email me your shipping address I will get a bungee kit out to you right away. We have long been known for having a 1 year lifetime warranty. It is 1 year on paper, but we don't refuse warranty service or parts as long as we still have them. There may come a day when we won't have T2 bungees and springs, but that is a few years away I think. (we are still selling the T2 so we need parts for 1 year after the last one is sold)

Thanks for your reply.

All TM Nas Pro wheel owners........

Last week (on 3/18) I emailed TM customer service asking for "two sets" (throttle and brake) of the newly designed and "beefed up" springs for the NAS Pro wheel (I have two wheels).....they came in yesterday's mail (3/24). [emphasis added]
