I don't know.But it does furnish a vehicle for supporting the stock if he cares to do so.He does want that small cap listing.I know nothing else about Jimmy Chin.

Again per Liberty DGIV bought back 50k shares perhaps up to 100k but thats all!!! They arent buying back anymore right now as they dont need to. The article said up to 1.5m. This is another brilliant tactic by Jimmy Chin to break the stranglehold of the company that had a huge short on DGIV. But since the stock has risisn to these levels there is no need for DGIV to purchase more of its shares.
