Tonto, Thank you very much for your 'sincere' concern for us shareholders of RMIL. I was a little confused over your last message. Could you please clearify for me who 'the group' is that you refer to in the below excerpt from your message. ("The group may want to consider why the company was shorted in the first place. Was it because of management, non operations and a scrapped "refurbished" vessel? If that is the case, how is it in your best interests to support the reason for shorting?") I take it to mean 'the shareholders of RMIL'. I guess it could mean 'the BOD', or 'all the posters on the thread'. So please, tell me who needs to consider why the company was shorted in the first place. (you could also state why you think it was shorted). Thank You.

Tonto! You are soooooo funny!! Again, first off, you have failed to respond or address any contention or claim on this board, you simply brush it off as 'fabricated', yet, you never address these issues or set us straight; THINGS TONTO WON"T RESPOND TO; 1) Puhrty claiming Mork shorted OVIS evidence; Puhrty's post on AZNT stating such 2) Mork having a Canadian Brokerage firm fall under his corporate umbrella, DVBC, now IMAL; evidence; DVBC's 1997 10KSB Re; PEMP 3) Mork told Chalie @ AZNT that he "told Zapara to short AZNT" proof; call Charlie @ 1 800 726 2066 4) Puhrty said that Mork told Zapara to short AZNT the same time "Mork was shorting OVIS" evidence; Puhrty's post on AZNT 5) Mike Kugler told Mork to lose Puhrty, ptm inc., & MaWork 1/Baker and let him "take care of it" ** evidence; Kugler saying so (documented and on file) 6) Mork shorting OVIS/RMIL thru Vancouver/Canada 7) Tonto posted he bought '70K' of GIFS,which is strange because Tonto never posts he purchased stock, he just dissects BB co.'s, and Kugler called for a short squeeze on the GIFS thread, tho later he posts that GIFS shareholders should consider selling. There was a little problem with the TA, it seemed GIFS wanted to be its own Transfer Agent. Investors were demanding certs because there was a problem with too many shares in the float. Of course the BEST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN FOR AN ILLEGAL SHORTSELLER is the company actually being a SCAM....they never have to cover their ILLEGAL, NAKED SHORT POSITION...the head GIFS honcho, lucky for the criminal shortsellers, was a criminal himself....Tonto says he is Mr. DD, he can even post on the RMIL thread that the $10MM was not recieved!! GM & RB, as far as we know, are STILL waiting to hear from Puhr, but Tonto knows the money wasn't rec'd......YET!!!, He didn't do some simple DD to see if the GIFS Honcho had a criminal past, and his great DD led him to buy 70K shares!! Something ain't right Mr. DD !!! Tonto claims Gayle Essarys tale of Tonto being a "shorty" was fabricated....but it was Tonto who contacted Essary to fill him in on the GIFS story....of course, like me, Essary lied. OK, now GIFS gets involved with a Swiss financier.....a private funding group, Societe' in french can mean 'company' or 'limited partnership'......Societe'Financier Privee' (Private Finance/or Banking Company) is a Swiss company which falls under Morks corporate umbrella (DVBC) , GIFS hooks up with Suisse Private Financing Co. hmmmmmm? Are these the same company? Sometimes criminals will murder the victim , then set the place on fire to cover the evidence, A scam masks the illegal shortsellers crimes. I have much more to posts on this, time is the enemy, I have a Class to teach....I will post what I have been able to gather on the GIFS saga, and relate it to, if not connect it to, the players here, I'm also waiting for a couple of phone calls to verify some of my hunches, or disprove them.
