To All, I just received a copy of AMD's Notice of Annual Meeting, and was amazed to see a company proposition to amend the Stock Incentive Plan to permit AMD to grant options at an exercise price of only 50% of the market value of the stock on th date of the grant. Who are these guys kidding...This is supposed to provide an incentive. Please inform all your friends, acquaintances and spouses of this proposition and encourage them to vote intelligently. I can't believe the gall (??) of AMD management!!
