tgs: Congratulations on sharing with your vast store of knowledge, etc. with us. Perhaps you could enlighten folks like myself by responding to a few questions. Is your comment about K&B being issued 500,000 shares or whatever,correct in that it is not legal for AGT to have done so. Being as you know, an AVID AGT stockholder I must say in all honesty I was disturbed by your statement of fact. However I have and continue to maintain I need to hear both sides of the story. I finally got a chance to ask a distributor in TX. what the rules were in this regard. His response was that that you may hold up to 10% equity in a company that you are doing business with WITHOUT violating any laws. Comments please as 500,000 out of a zillion is way under 1%. I have been taken to task very severely for giving an honest opinion on what I would do regarding the securities violations that are ALLEDGED re GMTC, if I were a GMTC stockholder within the time frame stipulated. I'm sure you have seen my postings many timesin this regard. Please critique my suggestions and lets' hear what you would suggest as well. Looking forward to continued dialog. LOL
