CR

Some folks haven't questioned your expertise, but have asked questions about your expertise to gain information about apparent contradictions with reality, such as ..'there are no problems with monitoring equipment in the health care industry.'

Are you going to help by clarifying, or are you just going on blathering about what an expert you are??????

Dear CR,

With all due respect to your background and track record as a short-seller, I can't help saying that most of your posts on this thread lack substance. My feeling is that you are not trying to help anybody here, instead you assert your right to be short on TAVA (which would be ridiculous to question). Obviously, you don't share the belief of the thread that TAVA is worth investing on the long side - no need to reiterate the fact. You just don't believe. You know that, we know that - so what?! Let's keep that in mind and go back to business!

If I may suggest: try to discover new facts about TAVA that would support your short position. Otherwise your belief is based solely on your perception of future market reactions - i.e. it is purely subjective. This thread has enough knowledge, experience and courage to face the reality.

Viktor.

"Cheryl, I'm surprised at the tone of your response and your use of profanity."

Bill,

It would appear that the name calling began when you referred to Cheryl as "the company lackey". That sounds like a gratuitous insult to me.

Besides, why should you be surprised that someone would take a harsh tone with you when, according to the link you provided, there are people on SI that think you should be shot. You seem to have a talent for pissing people off.

The credentials you lay claim to are impressive. How about behaving with the dignity of someone behind those accomplishments.

Regards, Bruce
