It's true that Borland lost money once but they haven't lost anything in a long time and they are unlikely to lose money anytime soon. That said, Boland has done a masterful job of integrating Visigenics into their product line. I mean, it's as though their ORB no longer exists as a platform-independent, language-neutral ORB. It's as though they no longer have anything to say about the direction of this technology. Borland probably should have licensed the best-of-breed from Ionix or Visigenics in a competitive process. Had they done so, the stock may have been at $15 right now. The cavalier attitude of this acquisition and the outrageous multiple they paid does not ring of competence and that may leave Del in the position of cost-cutting middle manager not ready to lead a corporation forward.

That's pretty much discounted anything else you have to say. Since you don't have your fact straight, why don't we wait until Borl releases more data in the next few weeks.
