With the market pundits calling for DJIA $10,000 odd in 1998 and the
stock market currently at DJIA $9,000, I find myself pondering whether
the last 11% or so is worth the risk at this juncture. Meanwhile, some
would swear T.S. Eliot's doleful reminder that "April is the cruelest
month" can be heard coursing through the canyons of Wall Street.
Who can tell?
