>but I'm taking my profits and running.

Why not go short? I'm about as short in this stock as I can possibly afford to be, and I'm looking forward to earnings with anticipation and glee. It's a forgone conclusion that they will announce a 2:1 split, probably the day before earnings.. All of my broker friends agree on that point. It's the only chance they have of propping up their ridiculous stock value.. But in the end, it wont help them. The stock is headed for ruin.

I made a killing shorting Presstek (although I felt a bit of pain when it was around 200).. I expect to make a similar killing on Yahoo.

>>some major brokerages are very close to downgrading Yahoo from a technical perspective

Do you mean valuation perspective? Technically, I don't think Yahoo's chart has may peers.

Smart man.

As the saying goes: "Bulls make money, bears make money -- hogs get slaughtered".
