Well, he has already admitted to the first and everything he and his cronies have done is consistent with the latter, obstructing justice, i.e., perjury and witness tampering. Why else the endless WH delay and invocation of bogus claims of made-up privileges? Why else the unprecedented attacks on the IC by his partisan minions? Why hasn't Resident Clinton come forward as he had promised and tell the American people about his relationship with Lewinski? Or was that just another Clinton diversion?

You say 1 + 1 does not equal 2 unless and until it is proven to you in a court of law. Fine.
