Jack, could you do me a big favor? I may have just started a legal issue with my stock broker(National Discount Broker). Last Friday when FTEL was trading above $4, I put in 2 orders. One buy order was set to go off at $3-7/8 (4000 shares, no restrictions) and my second buy order was set to go of at $3-3/4(3500 shares, no restrictions). At the end of the day when I came home, my answering machine said that I bought 3500 shares at $3-3/4 and my higher order was never filled. Go figure. So today I called and asked them to do some research. Low and behold they were wrong. Then the dumb asses buy the 4000 shares at $3-7/8 AFTER the stock price has already dropped. They probably made a few hundred dollars on that one. I told the first guy to call me back FIRST if the stock dropped!! They never did, they just went ahead and bought it.

Jack I would like to see if and when a 4000 share buy order went through.

Thanks, Jeff
