One way conversation. Talks about the K-stan, Russian and refinery, plus the financing and then the screwing of warrant holders.

To paraphrase GF; "We were disappointted by the action of the stock and felt that the warrants were the reason for the stock not moving." So the board decided two days ago not to extend them.

Just a quick response - not a lot of new info. Refinery should be profitable by year end and will act as cash cow to support exploration. Looking for more facilities such as St Marks to act as terminals. Refining will be done in Lake charles.
Hope to drill a well in Chik in the 3rd or 4th qtr

Hope to have russia in production by year end
They have asked HUddleston to evaluate the gas reserves in the Chik shallow zone.

The carboniferous zone is age similar to the Tengiz area. It is thicker than the Jurassic (where the reserves are from currently in CHIK)

Hop eto have a JV in the near future.
Several meeting have been st up

They feel the proven reserve numbers in Russia will increase as a result of the re- evaluation of the info

Warrants wil not be extended

They have $52 MM in debt and equity financing arranged (can you spell dilution?) and that gives some working capital
