I couldn't tell you why. I researched this stock, this weekend, and it didn't seem too bad. Their 4thQ earnings were a LOSS of .02/share, which was better than last 4thQ's, which was a LOSS of .13/share. Also, revenue increased. They had a what I thought was a good contract signed on 3/19. The reason I didn't buy, is that they keep hitting new 52-week lows (Friday they also hit a 52-week low at a 1/2), for whatever reason. I am going to wait until they stop hitting new lows, and start a little bit of an upswing.

Rob.

Can anyone explain why the weakness of the last several weeks while the markets in general are reaching new highs daily?

My take is that there hasn't been any big contract announcements.

It sure looks like around $.72 CDN on the TSE there is lots of buyers like 150000 shares on the bid side. Now the question is after they take them out what will the next support level be. If we don't get any good contract announcements this baby could drop even more.
