News was out earlier today on COMTEX... It is good news for current shareholders, if the DD is ok. Asuming that is not a problem, then the new firm has to get a listing. Until those two issues are resolved, the attention needed by serious investment firms to buy stock will lag. For those who own this issue, let's hope the due dilligence will be acceptable. Knowing the past record, more than a few questions must be answered. If and when this issue gets a listing, then and only then would I consider buying any. It may have made a nice % move by them, but if it is a legitimate company, it should have move of a future than a buck or two.
