I think they can only have to 10-1 or 20-1 split for which the price should be at least 0.40 or 0.20 and they must have damn good news for
share holders to push price to such limits.

IMHO, the price should go up tomorrow as today's activity will show
up on many radars.

regards

Jadoo

I am just interested in what kind of split is going to take a 2 cent stock to 4 dollars?? I am not being sarcastic, I would just like to know how this is going to take place.

I agree with everything said about $4 price. I believe it is the minimum required to get listed. Another thing Keith said was that WOTD was going to try to be as reputable as possible (i.e. Nasdaq listing, decent share price, etc.) because they will be seeking financing soon. I don't know what the time frame, but they seem to have a business plan set up.

Guess a lot depends on market value of shares after merger announcement. Maybe they'll announce upcoming deals as well.

They'll have to watch the rev split ratio, because too few shares outstanding and they'll have no shares to buy other companies. If they've got 110mil shs, 1/10 leaves them just 11mil.

My understanding is that National Market Listing, which requires a $5 stock price, is the launch pad for achieving marginability.

BTW, this is a reverse merger. The reverse split is a consequence of that rather than the end all that it usually is for low priced stocks.
