Tony, I have to disagree with you,

I don't see why the internet isn't the best place to collect info. If it wasn't for the internet, I wouldn't have made $800. But your right, I can call an overpaid broker and ask about a penny stock he knows nothing about so he can tell me to buy it so he can collect commissions. I do my DD over the internet, how do you do yours than?

If the mergers don't go thru what impact will this have on EPS? Also I just started to look at this company and don't know the past history. It looks like the stock has been hanging out in the pennies for a while. We're they ever successful? Thanks
