Dwight, I am a little puzzled you brought up Hitler. He was reared as a Catholic, and wanted to study for the priesthood. As an adult, he believed that God was guiding him. It is your logic that is twisted. I said that I believe children are born innocent, and that homosexuality is innate. I clearly remember writing just today on this thread about how vile child abusers are, and of course they should be locked up like murderers so they cannot prey on anyone else. I do believe they were born innocent like everyone else, however. Most child abusers were themselves molested as children, by adults they loved and trusted. Most murderers have had serious head injuries, and were reared without proper love and attachment and stability that children need in order to revere life. They certainly were not born murderers and child abusers. There are huge, ongoing scandals now in America and Ireland involving Catholic priests who serially molested children over long periods of years, violating positions of trust. So certainly, being men of God has nothing to do with child abuse at all, except that a lot of them abuse children. And you talk about my logic? Give me a break! I have a monogamous, loving relationship in my marriage, so there goes your nonsense on that account. Many people, heterosexual and homosexual, tend to experiment with different partners in their teens and early twenties. Most of them settle down to loving, monogamous, committed relationships, not because they fear God's punishment, but because it is the right thing to do. You do not need to be Christian to understand the right way to love people, and the pain of hurting them. As you have done repeatedly before, you are attempting to hold out Christians as more moral and well behaved and monogamous than non-Christians. Again, you are wrong. Is it your intent to be insulting? I don't think that is very Christian of you, Dwight.
