Just thinking out loud- In the past a lot of us longs were margined, you shorts were able to borrow our stock from our brokers and sell it. You were able to drive the price down using our stock. You were in reality creating new shares in Solvex. Some of you even went further and sold the stock without borrowing it. Now if the judge approves our reorg plan Solvex is going to call in our stock and issue new stock. When it is done you probably will be able to borrow the stock and sell it again. But you are going to have to buy it back first to cover what you sold that you don't own. I for one will not sell my stock to you very cheap. Now I know you have to buy it (regardless of the price) you are going to pay dearly for mine. I only hope all the other longs will make you pay a very high price for theirs also. You have caused us a lot of pain now it is our turn. Mike
