Hi michael:

<<This will be my last post on the topic of TFS shareholder value and corporate governance. >>

While I think we have thrashed this issue pretty thoroughly, I am very pleased it was brought up and I want to thank all who have contributed to this discussion. This really is one of the more thoughtful and coherent threads on any investment site. I also appreciate the subject because it brought a number of lurkers in to make contributions. This has suddenly become one of the more active threads on SI. Evidently interest in this thread is a lot deeper than it had seemed and than perhaps even TFS realized.

Again, thanks to all and congrats on your individual efforts on behalf of our respective investments in TFS. I do suspect that the result will be a pretty significant number of votes towards awakening management to their shortcomings. It is easy to see how managements fall into these patterns. The good ones take the hint and work their way out of these predicaments. (Remember how much better the last conference call was than the one last summer ... there is hope ;-)) Lets hope Thursdays earnings give us something to cheer us up short term, and that TFS is listening when the votes are counted.

Floyd Russell

Michael one of the boards I am on pays me in a similar fashion. Personally I prefer payment all in stock options becuase I have no tax effect until I have the cash and it creates no current expense for the company or any cash outflow. The biggest reason though is that if I do my job properly I get paid very well if I dont I get nothing (as it should be).

Where should they hold the meetings if not Scottsdale. (Maybe Nome or Fairbanks). The real point is that management hasn't captured Wall Street's ear or trust since they had the melt-down a few years back. That they dont seem to care should be the big concern. I agree with the posters who are going to vote against management because if this doesn't send a message nothing will.
