Because it is Zeneca's drug. I believe it is an extract from the bark of a tree (yew?) and it takes a lot of bark to produce the drug.
ICN isn't in this game. Too bad.

The bottle was not from ICN but from ICI, a british firm. I don't know if they are distributing for Zeneca or what the connection is.
