Al,

Word has it that CYR is expected to make an important announcement this week about its Liberty Bell mine in the Yukon. With the price of gold rebounding somewhat, then gold projects will likely be back in favour in the near future.

And the Liberty Bell mine is a well-advanced project that appears primed for a pre-feasibility study with something like 90 holes already indicating a resource of over 250,000 ounces.

But what's the story on CYR's Voisey's Bay ventures? Does anyone know anything new? I get the impression that this project is very much on the backburner for the time being.

Anyone have any news on how spring break-up is going? Is it thawing out as quickly as I've heard? And has anyone heard anything interesting about Victory Ventures' ongoing drill program?

Simon

Hello Al,

Thanks for your info. I'm looking forward to seeing the results on the complete CYR package - feels a bit like a mutual fund, this one. They've got a basket in VB, Diamonds, etc...covering as many bases as possible.

Its hard to ignore the hoopla around the Alberta diamond play though. Hopefully CYR investors will see only the positive side of this.

It will be interesting to see what comes out of Mustang now that they have this 'time out'. Time to make sure all the t's are crossed and the i's dotted.

It would be nice to have IR come on here and answer a few questions, especially like the VB 1506 claim so we have more info. It keeps us all informed and saves us a call. So if you're watching out there CYR, how about jumping in!

thanks,

Stan
