Bill:

You have adequately proved that you have very little understanding of the problem at hand. Instead of posting plain BS and disinformation to prey on the weak hands why don't you try putting some rationale behind your stand. Patrick at least tries to do that.

Regards.

Bill, I first saw you on AVNT thread. Even though I dislike AVNT just like you do. I found that your DD were often quite inaccurate.

The Y2K problem is just like an integer overflow in a computer system and can cause unpredictable and disastrous effects. I first saw you started a thread to attack the existence about this problem and end-up you were proven terribly wrong. Yes, this is a true problem and need people to face it. (Could you imagine that a sorted computer output with a reversed order once the year hit 00?)

Yes, there were a lot of scams in the Y2K industry, ZITL is the best example. However, TAVA is "not" one of them. Sometimes, I felt that people like you and CR can just omit some important facts even though you are smart and get good credentials.

The fact is, all the TAVA investors on the board are investing on TAVA's future, not now. So far, TAVA is doing a great job. It has consistently met its target. It never lies in its press releases and is doing its job to improve its value. And the customers are giving it credits. I honestly suggest you find some other stocks to short. The reward might be much better than spreading misleading information here.

TAVA is grossly overvalued and the "embedded systems" Y2K "crisis" is even more of a fantasy than the fear that 30 year old IBM mainframes will bring the world economies crashing when ancient COBOL software supposedly goes bezerk.

Oh Bill, come on know.....

If you still believe that there is nothing to fear from embedded systems, then I guess you need to call up KO, BMY, INTC(?), KC(?), Boeing... etc, and tell them how foolish they're are being.

As you might recall, TAVA seems to be having significant success with assessment projects turing into full engagements.

I mean, Bill, do you really believe your own disinformation?? Then I feel very sorry for you when the denial wears off.. You might need to seek professional help due to enourmous fantasy you have created and self-perpetuated in the face of all current data.

How about that government of ours as an example?? Instead of $4.7 billion for Y2K, the price tag is now $50 Billion. Simply beautiful.

Regards,

Ron

Bill - Has your DD turned up any acknowleged computer experts who agree with your assertion that the Y2k problem is a "fantasy?"
And no re-trotting out of the Readers Digest guy. LOL

Perhaps you should call your city hall, banks, and local utility, demanding that they not waste any more money on a non-existent problem.

Quite a few people refused to leave the Titanic because it was a "fantasy" to think it could possibly sink. They all died.

""John Jenkins, CEO of TAVA said, ''We are obviously pleased to be engaged by The
Coca-Cola Company in this program. The company's global reach presents special
challenges that we believe we are well qualified to address with our tool based approach.''

Jenkins added, ''Interest in our Y2K products and services continues to increase and build
rapidly. At last count, TAVA was engaged with more than 60 clients representing over 400
sites in 14 different countries ranging from Eastern and Western Europe to Africa and the
Pacific Rim. These sites vary broadly in size and complexity.''

We can look at life positively, or we can look at life negatively... When you find a good company, with the right product/service, at the right time, at the right price, you should be happy...

Some people go through life always looking over their shoulder... I feel sorry for them... I hope you're not one of them...
