Doug, after yesterday's retreat in price and my additional short sales, I am almost even in my CTXS short position, just a bit underwater at the moment. I suggest that each person, long or short, read the proxy very carefully and reach their own conclusions about the pending dilution. There is no need to listen to anyone's opinion, the facts are there in black and white.

Dougjn,

Roger has a good point that a careful investor does need to take into account in valuing CTXS. I'm sure that the outstanding options due are of a significant dollar value and represent a hidden/obscured liability to CTXS.

Personally, I think that currently the market will completely ignore this issue until there is a crunch on CTXS and people start looking under the hood.

I'm glad and thankful that it was brought to my attention first. -N

P.S. Roger posts have always been clearly factual or clearly within the realm of his opinion. I've never seen the slightest bit of misinformation.
