1) Where did the following excerpted information come from? >>>>>>>>>>>"....The partners have been picked, and now the competition begins in the online ad sales business. Zulu-tek, a Newport, Rhode Island, holding company formerly known as Netmaster Group, announced on Monday its purchase of a controlling interest in Softbank Interactive Marketing, the Number Two player in the networked ad sales arena...." "....Zulu-tek's primary subsidiary is a company called EchoMedia, which makes software that can deliver appropriate ads - from low-bandwidth graphics to TV-style commercials - based on a user's platform. EchoMedia is allied with Prodigy, USA Today, and AltaVista - which also happens to be DoubleClick's bread-and-butter customer. Softbank Interactive Marketing represents a network of sites that include Netscape, HotMail, and Playboy...." "'....EchoMedia has some terrific, state-of-the-art banner technology that we plan to introduce to our network within the next 45 to 60 days. And our sales staff can work to get their technology out there to other clients....'" "....The Zulu-tek/Softbank combination makes Softbank a stronger second-tier competitor to DoubleClick, analysts say..."<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I dunno... Wired Magazine? Echomedia website? Fangoria Magazine?2) Can you name a profitable online internet advertising company? Sure. NH.com.3) What other penny stock has at the helm (i.e. CEO) someone like a former personal advisor to a 6.5 billion dollar company and who also was a top-notch executive with divisional control in a company like Texas Instruments? None, because as soon as something like that was announced, the stock would take off. So, I will play devil's advocate and say that this man is NOT, in fact, at the helm, and that our friend Hayton is calling the shots. What other penny stock has at the helm a man busted on several occasions for fraud? Many.4) How many other internet advertising companies completed and are negotiating as many acquisitions as Zulu-tek has within a one-year period of time? None. But I can acquire my dog... that doesn't mean it's strategic.5) How easy is it, really, to put together a formal audit--for absolute public scrutiny--the finances of a company that so quickly has merged so many companies into one umbrella? Within a period of 6 months? During which time you are telling investors that they will be out within a week? I dunno.6) What kind of synergy will exist between EchoMedia and NB Digital? What can you tell us about NB Digital? Also, does Laptop Solutions add a new dimension into the whole mix? They have absolutely no synergy whatsoever towards each other, except perhaps a few techies know how to write programs that'll make banners do some cool things. The Hayton Mix:7) How many other companies have had investors--just like you and me, except with more money and connections--who've also had SEC scraps in the past? You mean, how many legitimate ones? I don't know. If you look at Hayton as just an investor, it makes more sense, but you and I both know he has a bit more of a role than that.8) How many SEC-sanctioned brokers are still brokers on Wall Street today? 47?9) How many deals get made and who gets introduced in all the golf clubs and yachting clubs here and there? Eh?10) Can troubled people still have good ideas? Not if their motives suck.Bonsus Question: 11) What wouldn't you do for a Klondike Bar? I wouldn't act like a chicken. Play ball! Matty Gregg
