Good questions, Felix. I guess what he was asking is: Why aren't people looking at the whole picture, including ESVS? He knows criticisms of both NETZ and himself have been rampant by some participants on this thread. Maybe he's implying that there's another place to look in the bigger picture.

It's obvious to me that he is very excited about what's going on, and he probably feels very misunderstood, what with all the pressure that's been heaped on him when he tried to be helpful--in the only way he could--regarding the financials. Why wouldn't he say that ESVS has a lot to offer as a company?

No, I don't think he was saying that ESVS shareholders are "better off." He firmly believes in the quality of work behind Zulu-tek. He's proud that his small company and the work he's accomplished has thurst him into a larger corporate mix with cutting edge technology. I believe his wife--they just had a baby--was very active in his company as well. Why wouldn't he be excited?

Other Chap? Maybe it just dawned on him--perhaps it will on us as well, I don't know--that ESVS is actually calling the shots, not Zulu. Remember, once Zulu's audits are finished and released--they are being done for a reason, aren't they--many things can happen. Personally, I hope they keep the name Zulu. It works well.

That was my intepretation.

Felix,

A merger between ESVS and NETZ would get NETZ the NASDAQ listing they need to get visibility to the institutional buying. You also don't get played with as much by the MMs on the larger exchanges, as you do as a BB stock. Main reason is supply and demand is much greater with larger investment capital available.

Many other benefits, as ESVS clients can become NETZ clients, and the other way around, for increased revenue (might already be happening).
