Question: CVUS is supposed to file 8K about this deal, right?
Do SEC rules prescribe disclosure of conversion price and names of investors?
How much time CVUS has to file 8K?

<....it doesn't look too promising...>

You had a name bank withdraw - why?

You get an unnamed "creditor" come in, who hides behind the CSFB name, with undisclosed terms.

I talked to CSFB this am, they don't know ANYTHING about this. They don't know who the "affiliate" is or what exactly "affiliate" even means.

This would significantly concern me, and if I were a shareholder, I'd expect details clarified ASAP.

And regardless of the conversion price (contrary to what others here have stated) new shares will be dilutive to earnings/revenues.

My sense of questionable business dealings is reinforced by this release.
