TO ALL

I just got off the phone with Scott Liolios (IR for TAVA). Got some very interesting information to share:

1. As regards the last 3 days price action, all he can say is probably momentum investors getting in & out is the cause. Fundementally nothing has changed..

2. TAVA in terms of new engagements/business is more STRONGER NOW (today) than it was 30 DAYS ago...I repeat...just 30 days ago.

3. BMY intial contract was for 1 plant pilot study. NOW THEY HAVE ENGAGED TAVA TO TO INI (INVENTORY ANALYSIS) FOR ALL 125 PLANTS...!!!! LEADING VERY LIKELY TO FULL SCALE CONTRACT..HOWEVER THEY (BMY) ARE NOT VERY KEEN ON ANY TYPE OF PRESS RELEASE NOW.

4. As regards 3rd quarter being in BLACK, Scott said, nothing has changed for him to believe that this may NOT be the case.

5. Lastly, when I asked him about press release in near future, while making fun of SI thread's very high anticipation (5 minutes interval), something may very likely to be released before the 3rd quarter results are out.

So there you have it. All I can say is BUY..BUY..BUY at these levels.

Raj

This is part of KO's "anchor strategy" to dominate the world soft drink industry. KO is using its cash to build up the bottlers into dominate distribution networks. KO is absolutely tied to the bottlers, and it is crucial to the KO strategy to have the whole system Y2K compliant. KO can't just clean up the syrup factories. If the bottlers fail, KO will have a whole lot of syrup going nowhere. Today's announcement by KO makes clear the co-dependent relationship between KO and the bottlers, and why KO is such a huge win for TAVA.

CK,

Someone is sitting on the ask (mmkr) everytime it gets to $11. Looks like they want to keep it under that price for now (who knows why).

The bid/ask size seems to increase on the Ask at $11 15 bid/83 ask at $11, and almost the reverse when it dips to $10 15/16.

Anyone else seeing this on realtime quotes??

Bollinger bands on the 5 minute chart continue to contract indicating move either to the upside or downside (I say upside due to oversold condition we are currently in)
