Hi Maurice.... I think you have misinterpreted Joe's remarks. Although TFS is undoubtedly in Tempe, Joe's indication that the charges would be for Scottsdale lodging was an ironic comment designed to call attention to the fact that it is the shareholders that are paying expenses. Accordingly, there are numerous better appointed facilities in the Scottsdale area, all of which are presumably somewhat more costly than those closer to home. <G> Have a good day.
