To the "thread," Today I have heard from several large holders that TFS senior managers are making personal phone calls in an effort to elicit "support" for the existing Board of Directors. Why this would be so is particularly puzzling, as there is no alternative "slate" up for re-election. Maybe there is a substantial chance that a "no" vote to the existing Board is popular in the hustings. Maybe...just maybe...the message is getting through. Perhaps a "responsive management" isn't beyond the company's capability after all!! Maybe it is just that we need a fresh shareholder vote every month for appropriate motivation.
