Dear Ken:

I also do not believe that the first Morgan loan
could have encumbered the license, since the FCC gave
its license in September 1997, after the first Morgan
loan. Anyway, this is all moot, since the current
loan must certainly be secured. Today's announcement
was as shady and slimy as any I have ever seen.
Up to this point I thought that Shant was just
incompetent. Now, I am starting to think he may be
a bit of a crook as well. It seems that the only way
we will get any information from CVUS's management
is by filing a lawsuit and deposing the whole bunch.
Any securities lawyer on this thread?

Best regards,

Bernard Levy

<<Have you seen something to the contrary?>>

No, Ken, I have not. However, it is inconceivable to me that Morgan would lend money to a corrupt organization like CVUS without some security. It just doesn't happen that way!
