Aleta, this was not a ridiculous question:

"3) What other penny stock has at the helm (i.e. CEO) someone like a former
personal advisor to a 6.5 billion dollar company and who also was a top-notch
executive with divisional control in a company like Texas Instruments?"

Granted, there are 6000 penny stocks or so. Hard to research, admittedly. But my bet is that of those pennies that burst out of the pack to become successful companies, someone with qualifications similar to Lair guided the ship.

Also noteworthy for consideration is the fact that ESVS and Zulu have not yet formally merged. Once this happens and there is a clear Nasdaq listing with all the right companies on board, maybe then you'll (we'll) get the big announcement regarding Lair.

Meanwhile, Matty's devil's advocate answer that Lair does not exist is most insufficient.

Aleta,

I'm looking forward to the audited financials for FY '97 ending in December to tell us where this company is at. Good or bad, that credit goes to the previous management.

I expect new management to combine an explanation of the audited financials with an explanation of their business plan. Then future quarterly reports will be report cards on their progress.
