Also noteworthy for consideration is the fact that ESVS and Zulu have not yet formally merged. Once this happens and there is a clear Nasdaq listing with all the right companies on board, maybe then you'll (we'll) get the big announcement regarding Lair.

So, what you in essence are saying is that you have at least 'tangible hints' that indicate that NETZ and ESVS will merge like real soon? If that is what you are saying please post the 'facts' you are drawing from.

Also I find it amusing (read: ridiculous) that you use 'the 6.5 billion dollar company Acer' and 'top division exec' as a standing epithet to Lairs name. Reading your posts is like reading the Illiad or some other of Homers works.

Meanwhile, Matty's devil's advocate answer that Lair does not exist is most insufficient.

That's not what I meant by my answer, and I think you know that.

My answer was to point out that obviously investors are convinced that Lair is not in charge, and that Hayton is. Who is actually in charge? Well, we can always use history as an example. I believe Hayton is, and judging from the movement in the price when Lair's CEO announcement was released, I'm not in the minority.
