Since you read, you should know I know that you don't hear any bit of the murmors from NETZ sirens. So be it. I kind of like their sound.

Regarding Lair and mergerdom, why don't you check the record available to you:

1) There's been more than sufficient official company data that's been published on this thread to indicate Lair was extremely well-positioned and spoke for and on behalf of both Texas Instruments and Acer Corp. A feat no spring chicken usually gets to do. But whose denying this? Early attempts to deny Lair's qualifications were easily refuted. Hello?

What do you want me to say, Lair is no big deal? Let me hear you say it, after you've checked his record of accomplishment leading companies.

2) I don't have tangible hints of a merger. You do. Read the ESVS filing. Even in the words of one of NETZ's greatest critics, Jon Tara, the ESVS filing was indicative to mean merger. At least that's how he described it to his shorting buddies on SI's shorting thread. Finally, read the recent posting from the email reply of Tom Burgess. Merger? Would these companies want to merge to increase their standing (ESVS to strengthen it, Zulu to gain access to Nasdaq)? Draw your own conclusion.

BlackStar, you get to pick whether you want to be there before it happens, after it happens or not at all. Such is this wonderful thing called choice.

In conclusion, I know. Sure. I guess reading me can be like being tied to the pole. What's your point, BlackStar? You don't even like NETZ sirens.
