Hello Jerry: Placer was told about the problems after the drilled off the deposit. I have worked in Venezuela before. We needed permits for everything, to even transport a chainsaw. The government issued work and environmental permits to the company to carry out the exploration. To get a permit you must have everything in order. Work Contracts etc. If there is any lawsuit it will be between Placer Dome and the government. Placer is not the bad guy. Why bash PDG? KRY has nothing to brag about. All they have is a small mine and admission rulings. They found squat.

Jerry I am informed. I believe there is more to this problem than what is posted on the net. It seems to me that the government of Venezuela isn't to happy with KRY. The question is who do I believe Acosta or Carson? Placer is playing it smart, shut down the construction until something happens in the courts. They are putting pressure on the government to clear up this mess. If KRY wins the ruling you'll see this lawsuit dragged on for years and no development. Talk about political pressure.

Can you ship your video to South America?

Where did you hear of KRY? Any other mining stocks you follow?
