I use National Discount Brokers. Flat rate of 14.75 market/19.75 limit internte ordersand about 8 to 10 bucks higher for live broker orders. Any share quantity for BB stocks. You may enter in decimal format.

Multiple buys or sells can be done at the single flat rate for the day. Listed stocks incur 1 penny charge in excess of 5000 shares.
